Study On Banking Consumer Protection

This thesis aims at protecting Bank consumers as a guide, the perfection of banking consumer protection system so that banks in the context of growing business, protect the interests of banking consumers, and achieved under the legal system of rules in the banking sector efficient and stable operation. Addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into four parts:the first part, defines the concept of banking consumers, and then describes characteristics of banking consumers, and to sort out the banking consumer rights. The second part, introduced China’s current banking consumer protection cases, analyze China’s protection of banking consumer banking consumer banking consumer protection legislation, institutions and regulatory systems, banking, consumer rights and interests protection problems in the areas of dispute.
