Research On Grid Management Implemented In Gongyi City

During the process of social development at present, there exist problems of being unbalanced, inharmonious and so on. Problems of social conflicts come into being within these thirty years, some of which exist and will exist for longer time. Gongyi is one of those hundred-strong counties and places in the front. Right now it is in the gold time of development. Meanwhile, it is now facing challenge with the complicated social problems, different social requirements, and sophisticated historical troubles. So, how to construct a social management system which is compatible with the present economic system and can unite the social strength to push forward the balanced development becomes the very emergent task for Gongyi.This very paper endeavors to explore the new social management system with the help of on-line network in the hope of deep reform of country management by studying the cases of on-line network management. Therefore, the present paper is divided into four parts:the first chapter is introduction part, which describes the social background, significance of study, theoretical tools and methods. The second chapter deal with the on-line network construction and its operation which aims to build up a on-line network which can check out the problems from the very beginning of stuffs carrying out their responsibility at the basic roots. Chapter three aims at analyzing the present situation and problems of on-line network management. Chapter four provides some advices to promote the deep management of on-line network management.
