The network has become the media of largest sphere of influence, the most widely used and the use of the largest user base, which involving different sectors and industries. Compared with traditional media, net media has a more powerful role in guiding public opinion. Reasonable use of public web opinion can play a positive role as a tool to enhance Internet users and non-users’ political identity. The author analyzes the essential characteristics and dissects the mechanism of the transmission of public web opinion, pointing out the way of influence to political identity, building a web-based guidance to political identity. Through this research the author intends to improve the content of transmission of public web opinion, to make up the lack of political identity of young netizens research vacancies, to be made public dissemination of correct and reasonable use with the network, and enhance political identity path of young netizens.
