With the rapid development of urbanization, a large number of farmers to urban migration, the number of migrant workers has been the country of 2.3 million people in 2009, migrant workers in the country,18 to 30 years accounted for 62% of the total number up to 143 million people. Young peasant workers have become the mainstream of migrant workers which is an important part of the Chinese working class, and compared to the older generation of migrant workers, young migrant workers, whether in education, cultural literacy and the acceptance of new things on both Showed obvious superiority, their sense of belonging to the rural areas gradually fade in the way of life, behavior, thinking and values closer to urban citizens, and city life as a reference, into the growing awareness of the city. However, the young migrant workers in the process of urban workers, some city residents met with rejection, the free edge of the city, not the basic identity. In the political field, young migrant workers are eager to participate in national political life, showing great desire of political demands, but due to various factors and constraints, we cannot participate in the political life of rural areas cannot integrate into the city's political life, The resulting psychological indifference of their political participation. This article focuses on study of young urban migrant workers in the process of integration into the political psychology, political psychology of vigilance negative political culture and political order of the adverse effects, and further analysis led to such negative psychological and political reasons, the search for young farmers to enhance working groups, measures of political psychology to help them gradually integrate into the city's political life, and promote their overall development in the end.
