Research On Administrative Moral Responsibility In Government Credibility Construction

The key factor for the construction of responsible government is administrativemoral responsibility, the urgent problems to be solved are the lacking ofadministrative moral responsibility and the anomie of administrative behavior duringtoday’s administrative system reform. The construction of the government credibilityis especially important under the background of era of building a well-off societycomprehensively and a harmonious socialist society, which requires the governmentand its administrative personnel to adhere to the faith of serving the people heart andsoul, to maintain the public interests of the public and improve the governmentimage.First of all, this paper analyzes the development status of the governmentcredibility construction comprehensively, It can be seen that our country has donemuch to improve credibility and develops gradually evolved into a socialist powerwhich of the political stability, economic prosperity, social stability and harmony andCultural diversity. At the same time of some achievements have been obtained, wedeeply realize that a series of problems still exist, such as opened not enough of thegovernment affairs, anti-corruption become a mere formality, the change ofgovernment function does not reach the designated position, the administrativepersonnel lacking of moral responsibility, etc., and analyzes its reason. In manyinfluence factors, we just choose the administrative moral responsibility which is thesubjective internal factor to explore the influence to the construction of credibility.Secondly, this paper analyzes the source of the theoretical basis of administrativemoral responsibility is the ethics and political basis, it provides a basic platform forthe research of administrative moral responsibility, also introduces the features ofadministrative moral responsibility briefly. Third, analyzes the role of administrativemoral responsibility for credibility construction. In the construction of governmenttoday, the phenomenon of administrative moral responsibility absent is very serious.Due to some administrative personnel are lacking of moral responsibility, a series ofadministrative anomie actions such as official corruption, abuse of power, black-boxoperation, falsification, image buildings etc., have emerged in endlessly and broughtserious harm to the construction of credibility. Therefore, the construction ofadministrative moral responsibility has been put forward to a higher requirement.Finally, the construction of administrative ethics responsibility has its inevitability,from the administrative personnel, not only from system but culture, has been put forward some effective ways for the construction of administrative ethicsresponsibility and made specific requirements for some specific administrativeactions.
