| Based on the current situation and development tendency of Pingzhuang Mining Corp. Ltd.,this paper first discusses the necessity of developing the Lao Gongyizi Coal Mine. On the basis of market demand forecasting,the paper conducts technological and economic analysis over mining capacity and compares several plans for reaching the different mining capacities. The paper further deals with technological and economic analysis over the excavation of mines,ways of mining,plan selections and some key production systems. The paper also makes comparison and selection among several plans,thus coming to a conclusion. Finally the paper deals with financial and uncertainty analysis over the project. The paper proves that the project is feasible and should be implemented as early as possible.
