| In recent years, China’s economy is under stable, healthy and rapid development.As the economy develops rapidly, many kinds of work safety accidents happenedfrequently, which was significantly featured by its large number, an increase in thenumber of casualties and more economic losses.At present, the major production accidents show features in sudden, notresistance, controllable, seriousness and complexity, and that result in lots ofcasualties and economic losses, serious influence to the masses, psychological impactand sustained environmental damage. This study select the present situation ofproduction accidents in Yongzhou as the main research object, to explore a series ofproblems in emergency coordination command organization, emergency rescue teamsystem, information transmission channel, etc. And reveal the reasons such as thegovernment and enterprises lack of safety production inputs, poor safety productionfoundation and production personnel quality is not high enough in the productiveprocesses.Article massey energy, coal mine gas explosion accidents in the United States,India Bhopal gas leak and so on a series of foreign typical major production safetyaccidents for analyzing the typical cases, the safety accident handling mechanismgenerally reflects the various linkage in emergency management system, perfect thepublic security mechanism, perfect the laws and regulations system and aspects and soon all aspects of the cultural construction of the emergency is worthy of reference forour country. In the long run, therefore, to perfect our major production safety accidentemergency response mechanism, must improve the accident prevention andpreparation mechanism as the basis, in order to improve the mechanism of theaccident and the public information submitted for the premise, with the perfection ofthe mechanism of accident emergency response and handling as the key point, inorder to improve the accident reconstruction and social participation mechanism asthe key point. |
