There are plenty of differeces in living habits and values and even psychosocial aspects.Enterprise in seller’s market-led thinking about the cost and economic interests always invasion the workforce’interest and conflict with them, to the economic interests of core, manifested in the form of social organization, to the legal system as an external constraint, showing a transition period of labor disputes multiple features:the number of large and rapidly growing, complex and diverse, constantly strengthen organizational disputes and conflicts of interest more and more obvious.The rule of law in the contemporary context of labor disputes settlement mechanism is included with the profit motive as the main content of the legal mechanisms.
