The Study Of Influential Factors Made By Migrant Workers' Children Decision-making On Migration

With the development of urbanization and industrialization,the surplus rural labor force is transferred to the city.It will remain a large amount of migrant workers,so left behind children and migrant children have been exist for a long time.They have attracted the attention of the party and the government and also become a hot topic in academic circles.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of migrant children's migrant decision,to help solve the problem of left behind children and migrant children.It provides scientific basis that the government to make decisions for migrant workers' families,provides care guide for behind children and provides more targeted support and institutional support for migrant workers' families.The past researches have been studied from the healthy,academic,moral psychological and solutions and suggestions,this article want to try beyond the past research,further explore the factors that migrant workers should consider when deciding their children's migrant.The decision that children live with someone is parent's decision.So the respondents are the left-behind children's parents and the migrants children's parents.This is a study of quantitative research,through the form of questionnaires.According to the theoretical and previous research results and my own thinking,the questionnaire is mainly including four aspects:the first part is personal characteristics,the second part is family provide,the third part is living condition,the last one is social culture.By establishing Logistic regression model,to discuss children of rural migrant workers deeply.The main research result: in the aspect of personal factors,the older mother is,the more likely she is to move with her children.They will let them go when children want go to city with family.In the aspect of family provision,whether there is an old person or not and mothers relationship with their children have a significant influence.In survival status of migrant workers aspect,the better economic situation of migrant workers,which means the higher income level,the more likely they bring children with them.The longer migrant workers go out for work,the more likely they bring their children with them.The better living conditions of migrant workers,the more likely they bring children with them.In the aspect of social culture,the willingness that stay in the city or not in the future has a significant impact on migrant decision.Parents to their children career expectation in the future has a significant impact on migrant decision.According to the final result,in this article most of the assumptions are validated.But there are also a few variables that fail to pass the significance test.Based on above conclusions,the author puts forward some personal suggestions.
