A Study On Reinforcement Training Program In Senate Of Cambodia

The study objective is offered to study on reinforcement training program in Senate ofCambodia. For study research to emphasis current of training reinforce human resourcespecially are correlation between positive and negative in training course and depend onunderstanding about training program and processing of training program and reinforcequality of training directly as well.For data collection, it is found that reinforcement program effect to understanding andprocessing of training program in Senate of Cambodia, this research is observed on thevariable of the subject in different context cover the same period of time, and correlate toapproach relationship between dependent variable reinforcement training program andindependent variable understanding and processing of training program.Research content in this thesis has divide into six chapters, introduction, literature review,an overview of training program, strategic planning of HRDD in Senate, data analysisand finding reinforcement training program and the last chapter is conclusion andrecommendation.The necessary for reinforcement training program is evaluate allow an organization todetermine the objective set a program, it help determine whether a program brought aboutthe intended outcome. The implement training programs determine the exact nature of thetraining needed. Which usually combines many methods including classroom instruction,on the job training and follow the step tracking program, to follow up knows whether thetraining program is effective and continually improve upon it.
