Study On The Behavior Of Village Cadres In The Process Of Land Acquisition

Urbanization and industrialization has brought great changes to rural social structure,especially the land interests. It makes the rural governance faces new challenges. In such aprocess,the complex roles and behaviors of village cadres affects the harmony andstability and development in rural areas. So, study on the behavior of village cadres willdo good to urbanization, industrialization and social stability.This study is an empirical study, collecting materials by the participated observationon case and in-dept interview on some members to research the behavior of village cadresin the land acquisition. The first part includes some literatures about village cadres, thetheory of the study and the introduction of the survey site, and on this basis, the article putforward a new perspective to analyses the behavior of village cadres. The second partdescribes constraints of the village cadres behavior, which includes the rural governancesystem, the development of rural society and the external environment. These factorsinfluence the behavior of village cadres. In the second part, the article analyses themotives of village cadres, including the political interests, economic interests and socialinterests, what aer important factors affecting the village cadres. In the third part,the paperanalyses the strategic behavior of village cadres from different villages of G openeconomic zone in the process of land acquisition. The last part throws out suggestionspointedly in order to regulating the behavior of village cadres in the process of landacquisition.
