The Research On Utilization Condition Of Ruling Resources Of CCP In The Politic And Economic Fields Of The New Period

Ruling resources are all positive factors and conditions ofexploitation and utilization by the ruling Party, which can meet the rulingParty to control the state power, achieve the goal and complete themission. In the new period, the Chinese Communist Party must have astrong resource system to maintain and consolidate its ruling status. TheParty has accumulated rich ruling resources after a period of new-democratic revolution and socialist construction. However, the Party’sruling resources is not a once and for all. It is in the process of dynamicdevelopment. The Party’s ruling resources are constantly changing afterreform and opening up, particularly in the politic field and economic field.On the one hand the Party has accumulated a lot of new politicalresources and economic resources by formulating correct policies, such asreform and opening up, economic development way, and politicaldemocratic,etc. On the other hand a number of ruling resources are non-normal losing because of lacking ruling resources consciousness, which affect the improvement of the Party’s ruling ability and the consolidationof ruling status, such as extensive mode of economic growth andcorruption.
