Influence Factor Analysis On Interaction Of Governing Online

The motivation behind governing online is the rising of stronger networkcommunication and public demands for democratic rights. This changed the traditionalmodel that media starting public discussion and seeking common solutions for publicaffairs. Now public expresses their views on the network and formats public opinionand organizations. Thereby they can affect the media and the government. This is a newstage. Interaction is a fundamental attribute of the Internet. This is a very worthwhilestudy that how interactive is governing online, and what factors influences it.This study will use a combination of qualitative and quantitative, case studies andcomparative analysis methods, taking governing online in Beijing. We have collectedrelevant data of Government Affairs Micro blog in Beijing and Government MORALShotline of Beijing, using statistical methods and econometric methods to research whichnetwork factors affects the governing online. The purpose is to investigate the efficiencyof the current governing online. We also want to find out where people’s attention are.In addition, this study attempts to take governing online as kinds of Lifestyle underDewey’s democratic way of life in the theoretical. At last, we will put up somesuggestions for China’s governing online, solving sorts of irrational trouble in currentgoverning online field. We can make governing online the efficient way for publicparticipating in government decision-making and easing development of social conflicts.The objective of this study include: Carding sorts of governing online, differentiate andanalyze characteristics of different types of governing online, differentiate and analyzedeterminants for different kinds of governing online, taking Beijing as example, givingrecommendations for construction of governing online in our society, analyze the pathand direction of the governing online in the future.The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: Whether the tool ofgoverning online will change with the development of the Internet, but the governmentneeds to keep attention on governing online. Otherwise, governing online will only bejust a formality, but not practice.
