Therefore, the management of government microblog not only conforms to therole of the government involving the new public management theory, but also hasimportant practical significance to promote information publication, online to handleaffairs and solution to public opinion, etc.First of all, based on analysis of the history, development status and currentdevelopment at home and abroad of government microblog, the thesis analyzes thedifference of operation subject, role positioning and evaluation standards betweengovernment microblog and ordinary microblog, and puts forward to the gist andnecessity of management of government microblog.Secondly, on the basis of case study of Hebei government microblog, the thesisanalyzes its information distribution, function, operating condition, makes acomparative research with Hedong Government microblog, carries out tests on theoperation of Hebei government microblog, and finds out the deficiencies andimprovement methods in the process of operation.Therefore, based on the new public management concept and the theory ofgovernment process re-engineering, the thesis reengineers these processes and putsforward suggestions for improvement, including the organizational structureadjustment, mechanism construction, distribution mechanism processes, onlinetransaction processes, flexible use in microblog skills.Finally, through the analysis of individual issue of microblog operation, thethesis analyzes some common problems on the overall operating rules and ideas ofChinese government affairs, and puts forward specific improvement solutions,including organization, agenda-setting, online interactive system improvement, andforecasts the reconstruction results from the information timeliness,comprehensiveness, accuracy, microblog activity, function of online office andsolutions to public opinion, ect.
