A Countermeasure Research Of Government Microblog Construction

With the rapid development of the internet, the time of universal participation in social management is coming. The microblog has been playing a more and more important role in political and social life. Under the guidance of government microblog, the government focuses more on listening to public opinion to make rational, scientific and democratic government policy. In addition, the government microblog strengthens the public supervision rights, creating the new situation of interaction between officials and public, accelerating the creation of a clean government, and promoting the development of social democracy, so it becomes a new innovation of China’s social management. Currently, the rapid development of the Internet makes government microblog having a unique advantage. However, the virtual network society still brings all sorts of social problems. How to seek advice by microblog effectively, how to promote civil participation and enhance the image of the government to provide public service is the most important thing. The paper tries to give some improving suggestions by analyzing the government microblog.This article includes five parts:The first part is introduction. It interprets the paper background and the meaning, the research overview and the research methods, the paper framework and the innovations etc.The second part is the related concept interpretation. It includes the concept of government microblog, the theory of civil society. This portion lays the foundation for the analysis of supervising department’s government microblog, as well as suggestions for improving measures.The third part analysis the current situation and problems, and take the supervision department government microblog as the research object. It firstly analysis status, activity condition and propagation behavior, then states the problem of low coverage, fuzzy position, simple function, less concern, less standardizing, stereotype and messy content, and the poor social services of government microblog. Lastly, it analyzes the reason of these problems, including the bound of Chinese traditional system, imperfect management mechanism, as well as the lagging microblog marketing.The forth part is the improving counter measures. This part takes the supervision department’s situation and problems as the foundation, it use civil society theory as a guide, drawing on the successful cases of some government microblog to put forward suggestions and countermeasures.The last part is summary and outlook. This part summaries the entire paper, also points out further study of this paper.
