Research On Current Governmental Microblog Management In China

With the development and penetration of computer and mobile internet technology,human beings have entered information era.In 2006,the first microblog emerged around the world,and in 2007,the first microblog was born in China.The emerging media has significantly changed people's life through its fast and diversified communication approaches and gradually penetrated into fields like economy,politics,culture etc.By avail of the feature,governmental microblog has promoted public administration and service functions effectively,and it has made governmental affairs convenient,informative and people-friendly,which has become an effective carrier and tool of governmental management and treatment.On the foundation of fast penetration and practical meaning of governmental microblog,it is quite necessary to further standardize and optimize management and usage of governmental microblog and promote its function and practical meaning while combining governmental microblog experience and laws in a fast developing information era.This thesis starts from emergence,development and transmission laws of microblog carried out profound research toward features,functions and effectiveness of microblog,analyzes development history and current conditions of governmental microblog in China,and makes conclusion toward problems like backward management and regulations with fast-increasing quantity,backward civilian problems response and service ability and expansion of range and single operation method.Through concrete explanation and analysis of foreign governmental microblog development,experience and practice,some effective enlightenment and approaches are acquired from system regulation,governance environment and supervising mechanism.On the foundation of this,the thesis further proposes concrete measures like establishing information publication mechanism,enhancing network cultivation,improving legal regulations,establishing identification system and enhancing multilateral connection and interaction to further enhance development path and environmental governance of governmental microblog.
