Analysis On The Dynamic Path Of Motivating Youth Volunteer Service Organizations From The Perspective Of Social Governance

At present,our country is in the society to accelerate the transformation period,how to deal with the new social affairs,better safeguard the basic rights and interests of the people become the government and the people's common concern.The demand for public services is increasing in quantity and variety,and government policy formulation and implementation are far from meeting these growing and complex demands.Social volunteer service organizations,by carrying out a variety of public welfare activities,to a large extent make up for the deficiencies of the government in this respect,and have been widely recognized by the public.However,the development of social volunteer service organizations in China is relatively late,and in the process of development,they are faced with such problems as small organization scale,identical service projects,single service object,and disordered internal management,which makes the development of volunteer service organizations stagger and lack of follow-up,and they cannot play their due role in social governance.T city A volunteer association is A growing youth volunteer service organization,which has the above problems.Based on the association as an example,this paper through the literature review,investigation,interviews and other research methods,theoretical perspectives on the theory of social governance,from the state,society,ternary subject youth volunteer service organization,summarizes the weak youth volunteer service organization development of deep level reasons,namely national level mobilization ability is not strong,volunteer service atmosphere strong enough and the responsibilities of the government function positioning and fuzzy boundaries,the rule of law is not sound,the problem such as voluntary service does not reach the designated position;At the social level,there are problems such as low enthusiasm for public participation,weak capacity for social acceptance,and blocked channels for democratic consultation.The youth volunteer service organizations themselves have such problems as serious shortage of funds,rough organizational structure and lack of important mechanisms.The theory of social governance tells us that good social governance can only be achieved through the participation of multiple parties and consultation in various aspects,andby stimulating the strength and vitality of all parties.In view of the relevant reasons,under the consideration of the social governance theory,this paper finds that it is necessary to realize the comprehensive and innovative governance of the country,society and youth volunteer service organizations,so as to explore a feasible way to stimulate the development vitality of youth volunteer service organizations.To be specific,for the government,it should make good use of all kinds of carriers,strengthen the ability of publicity,speed up the separation of government and social organizations,promote the transformation of functions,actively incubate and cultivate social organizations,improve legislation,and give full play to the rule of law.For the society,we need to increase the participation of the public,enhance the capacity of organizations to undertake work,and strengthen democratic consultation.For youth volunteer service organizations,they should build the organizational structure of party(league)leadership,establish and improve various internal mechanisms,strengthen the construction of youth volunteer service teams,and expand the service projects of youth volunteer service organizations.
