Wish to provide a comprehensive overview on the villagecadres in China’s current situation, and made suggestions to the development of villagers’autonomy.From the perspective of the basic characteristics of the village cadres, the secondaryeducational level of middle-aged men dominates the public affairs of the village, and thevast majority of the village cadres are from middle-income families.
