| At present,our social economy is developing rapidly, urbanization continues toaccelerate, urban society is at an important historical period,in which the traditionalsociety changes to a modern one.Dispute occurs frequently in UrbanCommunity,which affected the stability and development of the city seriously.So wecan no longer ignore the resolution of community disputes.In recent years,thereappears a surge in the number,a diversity in species and subject,along with anincreasing complexity of the content,which make the extensive existing communitydispute resolution mode stretched.A new mechanism for dispute resolution within thecommunity needs to be established urgently.The article keeps a foothold in such background, from the microcosmic pointof view it explores the urban communities,which act as the main subject in the disputesettlement,the author analyses the urban communities and their numerous practicefrom the microscopic angle. which tries to find the shortage in practice and expects tobuild a new mechanism,which can Make effective use of the existing resources toresolve disputes in urban communities and be more practical.Eventually,the maximumbenefit of the community dispute resolution can be achieved.The article starts from the related theories of the urban community,including themeanings,types,features,functions and formation.Then based on practice,byclassifying the gained empirical data,the types of disputes are induced,the traditionalcharacteristics and new features are discussed.Moreover,the elemental range of theresolution of community disputes is defined:most of the non-legal disputes and asmall part of the legal disputes.Then the specific scope is defined through empiricalanalysis.In the latter part of the paper,the author discusses the resolutionmechanism,procedures and the basis.Eventually,exposed problems in the process ofsolving the disputes are analyzed,and initiatives and some targeted recommendationsto build a diversified dispute settlement mechanism within the community areproposed. |
