It has just been more than thirty years from the abolishment to reestablishment to development of the Chinese lawyer system. And it is still in the early stage of development. In the national theory of ruling the country by law, it has a great significance to spare no effort to reform the Chinese lawyer system, to improve the forms of organization of law firm in China, to cure the illness in the Chinese lawyer system, to make up the weakness in the legal services, and to promote the international competitiveness of Chinese law firms.Under the situation of “opening to outside”. Big foreign law firms have put great pressure on domestic legal service market by advanced management mode, strong scale effort and high-level legal business. But when we reflect on ourselves, there are little accumulation in experience and capital because of shorting of time, and the management mode is so old that it is nearly impossible to join forces. So when facing big foreign law firm, the Chinese law firm is weak and in a state of disunity.In consequence, this article is talking about the issue of researching the organizational transformation of Chinese law firms, and is aiming at discovering the problem in the forms of organization, the management mode, and the development strategy of domestic law firms by presenting and analyzing the organization form of various kinds of law firms at home and abroad, and putting forward the solution by combination the history and experience of Guo Yin Law Firm, for peer’s reference.This article is going to talk about the issues of the following questions:The connotation of corporation management mode to a law firm, and the difference between the law firm with corporation management mode and company law firm..The significance of teaming-up management in law firm and How to build a professional legal service team.The necessity of establishing an online legal service team and forecast the change of future legal service market.At home and abroad in this paper, the second chapter of analyzing the structure of the different types of law firm, and in the third chapter, combining the silver on the development of law firm of henan and previous experience in organization structure adjustment, the following conclusions:First of all, to break the traditional domestic law firm management and organization mode, a more efficient and fine corporate management for a breakthrough, the law firm to achieve leapfrog development, is of great significance. The concept of corporate management is different from foreign corporations law firm, just as a management mode, and not break the partnership organization structure, under the existing legal framework, providing a new method for law firm development change.Secondly, with the thinking of team development, change the most lawyer at individual business model, through the height of the polymerization, integration of lawyers, law legal services in the market competitiveness.Finally, adhere to the direction of professional development, change how many lawyers "oil", everything of the status quo, in order to meet the social demand high quality legal services, provide more professional, more valuable service products, improve law professionalism and service level.It is not advisable to accomplish the whole task at one stroke to solve the problem in the development of domestic law firm and to promote the international competitiveness. This will be a long process that concrete analysis of concrete problems and come up with relevant solution. Both looking up the road, and walking with the head down are necessary.
