This paper analyses the developing process, the current status, and the challenges of Chinese management consulting industry deeply. It also analyses the management consulting company's organizational characteristics opposite to the ones of the traditional organizations, those are team base and virtual operation. Approves the traditional compensation system based on position fetters the development of consultants' abilities, hampers the team work, and imposes restrictions on the company's competence. Proposes a new reward mode based on personal abilities and team performance.This paper sums up the ability element of management consulting project team and forms an ability model. Constructs a broadbanding compensation structure according to the ability model and sets the relevant parameter. Proposes the share cropping mechanism to reduce the agent cost and encourage team-work, analyses the decisive factors of share proportion. Researches the levels and procedure of team performance evaluation. Probes into the method of distributing the incentives among team, which is based on the dynamic allotting team role. |
