Research On Design Of Information Security Literacy Evaluation System

Information security is an important part of the national security strategy, also the important guarantee for the victory of information-based war. In the increasingly serious situation of information security, military universities have put information security education as the important way to promote personnel military literacy. But the lack of a set of standardized assessment methods and tools, which can not effectively evaluate information security literacy, affected the information security education and the information security personnel selection. Based on the evaluation of information security literacy, from the perspective of information security literacy index system of literacy, first of all, the author take a compares experiment to verify the application of measurement scale, and referring to the methods in psychological measurement field, constructed a methods to evaluate information security literacy comprehensively and deeply; According to information security literacy assessment index system, compile a special item bank contains more than 500 questions, and complete the assessment of item reliability, validity, difficulty and degree of differentiation by using the theory of classical measurement. Then, according to the difficulty coefficient of test paper, designed the evaluation results contains level and scores, and compile evaluation report which contains evaluation results, comments and proposals. Finally, the author develop an online assessment system contains online testing, statistical analysis and evaluation report show with a company, to evaluate information security literacy.At the end of the thesis, the author summarizes the research which has been completed, and put forward the research prospects in the computer adaptive test.
