Research On The Establishment Of An Evaluation Index System For The Information Literacy Of The Air Force's Officers And Soldiers

In the information age,in the new situation of war dominated by information,whether a soldier has information literacy becomes crucial.The Air force aviations are the main part of the Air Force combat capability and officers and soldiers of the Air Force Aviation are being asked for higher requirements because that the military equipment updates quickly and the informationization degree is high.In order to improve the information literacy awareness and ability of the Air Force aviation units,it is urgent to establish information literacy evaluation standards for officers and soldiers of air force aviation.According to the above situation,the concept and characteristics of the officers and soldiers of the Air Force aviation unit are discussed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the elements of the information literacy of officers and soldiers,with reference to relevant research at home and abroad,the writer established the evaluation indicator system of information literacy of Air force aviation officers and soldiers,which include five first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to derive the weights of each index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used as an empirical sample of 10 officers and soldiers to verify the effectiveness and scientificity of the evaluation indicator system.
