A Study On The Evaluation Of Enterprise's Information Literacy

In information society,information literacy .is a kind of basic viability.The enterprise can win definite competitive power in these phases including production,operation and management if it is possessed of information literacy.At present,more and more people in enterprise have realized that enterprise's information literacy is becoming an important factor to achieve competitive advantage and advance competitive power.However,most enterprise don't shape information literacy,even if they have information literacy,this kind of information literacy is very weak.Thus,we need seek for an efficient approach to improve enterprise's information literacy,that is,the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy is imperative under the situation.It has great significance to find out competing advantages and inferiority about enterprise's information literacy and then improve enterprise's information literacy pertinently.This thesis mainly makes a probe into the theory of the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy.It consists four parts:The first part deals with the ontology of the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy,including the evolvement of connotation ,constitution of system and analysis of characteristics of the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy.Then status quo and deficiency about the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy from both home and abroad is analyzed.It finally puts forward researchful methods and technic course in this text.The second part discusses the existing evaluation methods of enterprise's information iiteracy.Firstly,it set forth methodology of the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy,it continues to lodge directive idea by research comparatively on the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy in eastern and western enterprise.Secondly,it introduces all kinds of concrete methods of the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy and analyzes their difference.Based on these referring to the specific method which is the fuzzy comprehensive appraisalmethod and carrys on case study.The third part concerns with the index of the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy.To begin with,it analyses structural system of enterprise's information literacy,and makes a classification in such 4 aspects as qualified personnel with information literacy,information institution and information establishment,information activity ability and information headspring inside and outside enterprise.It then designs for the evaluation of enterprise's information literacy some second-rank indexes falling into four major types with sixteen third-rank indexes and another fifty-one fourth-rank indexes.What's more,it puts emphasis on characters and features of indexes.The fourth part studies the evaluation system of enterprise's information literacy.It first argues that the evaluation should follow some principles,then discusses how to design flow of the systematic analysis and evaluation of enterprise's information literacy.After that,the thesis proposes some existing problems and corresponding measurement.
