Study On Management Of Taxi Driver In Xindu District Of Chengdu

With the rapid development of the society and economy, the taxi industry has gradually become an important part of the urban traffic system, it is an important guarantee to meet the needs of special populations of normal travel demand. The taxi industry also plays a positive role on the development of urban economy. But at present in the internal city, the taxi industry management still exist many problems, especially the management of taxi driver, this paper made a detailed study on the taxi industry an the management problem of taxi driver.In this paper, based on the analysis of a large number of researches of company and taxi driver, the author studied the company and driver management situation of the taxi industry. combined with the actual work of many of our Chengdu district taxi industry, this paper studied the taxi management according to the basic ideas of public value theory and psychological contract theory, and the use of technical analysis methods of investigation also promote the study.Firstly, from the origin of the taxi and the research situation, this paper finds out the Chinese taxi industry management status and the management gap with the foreign cities. Based on this, the author puts forward the theoretical framework of the taxi industry management and the driver management.Secondly, on the basis of the questionnaire survey and empirical research, this paper puts forward the existing problems in the management of the taxi industry driver in Xindu District. Combined with the situation of the Xindu District taxi industry, the author designed the driver management questionnaire and surveyed the Xindu District taxi driver. Based on the statistics and analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey, this paper puts forward the Chengdu Xindu District taxi industry of driver management problems.Finally, aiming at the existing problem of the Xindu District taxi industry company and driver management, the paper find out the methods and measures to realize the standardization management and then put forward to construct a set of perfect and feasible driver management system.
