Research On Six In One Of Endowment Institution

Our current pension model is based on " family endowment " and "social pension" supplement,. With the aging population, low birth rate, the empty nest and "421" number of family structure continues to expand, and the accelerating pace of life, increasing work pressure, a lot of people cannot afford to take care of the elderly, especially when the elderly have been the care needs and care, so the traditional model of family pension has been unable to make the elderly enjoy a happy old age. Endowment mode will get more attention, but now the pension agency cannot meet the physical needs and psychological needs of the elderly in terms of quantity and quality. Through research methods, such as survey visits, literature review, and psychological interview and so on, the author analyzed and studied outstanding domestic and foreign pension programs. The author has found the main functions of pension agency and demonstrated the necessity, which should meet the medical and rehabilitation needs of the elderly spiritual solace. The author believes that the new pension agency should have six main functions, which contains medical rehabilitation, cultural events function, multi-generational solidarity system, living functional units, religious practice space, dining and business facilities, and author summarizes their design points. Finally, the author verified the design principles, through analysis of the Fangshan district nursing home project. This paper consists of five chapters, and its main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.The author analyzed the research background and research reasons of pension institutions, summed up the research status of domestic and international pension and explained the research object, research methods and research significance. This paper explains the meaning of the concepts, and the "Six in One" pension complexes. Finally, according to the paper content and logical structure, the author drew the paper structure frames.The second chapter was based on the medical needs of rehabilitation and spiritual solace needs of the elderly, the author analyzed the domestic and foreign outstanding pension case, and summed up their points. Research results were expressed in tabular method, in order to compare their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, according to the analysis of outstanding cases at home and abroad, the authors found the general direction of the functional requirements of new nursing homes and further clarified the focus of this study.The third chapter demonstrated necessity of setting new nursing home functions. According to the medical needs of the elderly rehabilitation, hospice care requirements and other needs of spiritual comfort, the author has studied the six major functions,which contained medical rehabilitation, cultural events, multi-generational solidarity system, living functions, religious practice space, catering and commercial facilities,and also summarized their design elements. The author also studied the functional configuration and location of the nursing station select key points, multi-functional public space.The fourth chapter analyzed Fangshan nursing research projects. Through analysis of the instance configuration and layout features, the author further tested for reasonableness of the design principles of the pension agency.The fifth chapter summarized contents and methods of this research, innovation and research findings obtained.
