The Study Of Tai Yuan's Community And Pension Services Amalgamation Model With The Combination Of Medical Care Perspective

Objective:Comprehend the elderly care services and resources development status of Tai yuan,and analyse the existing problems and difficulties of the pension agency community endowment model.Integrate resources of pension institutions and pension community to promote agencies and community cooperation according to the actual situation.Propose the basic framework and methods of pension mode under the background of the combination of medical care.Method:1.Literature research method: Sum up and learn from the successful experience of typical developed countries pension by reviewing the related literature at home and abroad to build the establishment of institutions and community pension services to the elderly demand oriented integration mode of foundation.Analysize the existing pension and pension model resource development in Taiyuan,according to the statistical yearbook data.2 Depth interviews method: interview the health-bureau,pension institutions and the civil service to understand the situation of Pension institutions,Community care center,Day care center medical service and Pension service.3 Field survey method:Analyse the various aspects of the supply situation of the number of beds,the number of inpatients,type of service,quality of the institution and human resources in two typical pension institutions to find the problems of pension institutions and community aged service are facing.Result:1.Comparative analysis of foreign pension model: Through the comparison of the United States,Britain,Japan-the three mature pension service model,we found that the successful experience are worth learning,we should exert the leading role of our government in pension service,enhance the integration of resources ability within the community,pay attention to the development of volunteer team,strengthen the training of professional service personnel.2.The situation of pension agency in Taiyuan: The character of the pension institutions are private,and most of their operating time is longer,the scale management is moderate by evaluating the 20 pension institutions which are perfected operation,equipped with complete facilities.Their services including :life care,elder nursing,live entertainment and so on.Few of them can provide medical services.The pension institutions are facing various problems,such as the backward pension service,the slowly development of pension institutions,the lack of professional workers,and the singleness of pension service kinds.3 The community development status of pension service in Taiyuan: The pension service is in the initial stage,there are still many problem which the community home-based care services are faced.Such as the small scale service team,the low level service.Moerover,most institutions can not meet the high level needs of pension service,and the level of their management of pension service is very low.Conclusion:The pension service system has not yet formed a perfect care service network in Taiyuan.We should produce an advantage in community and pension institutions,establish the community pension service integration mode,improve the pension service,and optimize the allocation of resources.Based on the above analysis,the suggestions are as follows:(1)Build the "information bridge" to implement the community service double extented.(2)Strengthen the communication between professionals and between the care technology.(3)Develop the public and private pension institutions to optimize the allocation of resources.
