A Community Participation Approaches Under Urban Community Governance

As the government management system of grassroots community, encountering bigger and bigger blocks in the process of the advancement construction,the power source of the community construction and constancy are faced with serious challenges.To a certain extent,the low attention and participation about the community affairs has limited the development of community.How to better exploit community resources to response to community residents’needs, stimulate residents ’ positivity to take part in community affairs,so as to strengthen their ability of solve community affairs, improving community get better improvement.It become a problem we start to focus on.The core spirit of the community development is not only just a concept of the community governance it is also viewed as a series of actions.The paper use the perspectives of the locality development mode,based on a case about community participation actions’ presentation.In-depth analysis the practical process of community participation and to explore the strategies and skills of concrete practice about community participation in urban community development.Through the exploration of the community participation in urban community governance,AT a micro-level,in order to put forward relevant policy suggestions to help the government’ promotion of the community participation.Study shows that,the process of the community participation involved in a huge interests main body which are closely related to the interests of the community,mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in community public affairs,in the form of mutual cooperation to promote community development. The strategies and skills of community participation includes three aspects:arousing community participation’ consciousness-the cultivating of community participation environment-using community participation skills.lt is worthwhile to note that the strategies and skills of community participation need to combined with local special conditions in practical application and operations. Specifically,it is necessary to have a"local modification" in organization,communication and skills to adapt to the local human environment and folk custom,that advancing community participation take root in local and continue playing role.
