With the rapid development of our economy, the purchasing power of theresidents is improving,and residents’ consumption structure also has changedgreatly.Then,more and more people begin to buy cars.And in recent years,because ofthe vigorous development of auto industry, the number of private cars is soared.According to the concerned data, many families which in the medium and smallcities have more than one private car in our country. This is not only to bring manyproblems of the city traffic,for example,traffic congestion, environment pollution,random stop the place.More serious,this leads the city community parking spaceresources to be more and more nervous,and which caused a lot of trouble of People’sDaily life.Especially in recent years,the problems in the use and management of urbancommunity parking space have become the focus of the community construction anddevelopment.We hope that the "bottle neck" problems in community governmentshould be solved urgently.In order to solve the urban community parking space problems effectively,manyscholars explore and study it from different views which include the science ofLaw,architecture,sociology,economics,management.Their researches cover the levelof macroscopic,medium and micro.At the same time,they put forward all kinds ofmethods.These solutions provide valuable guidance to solve the problem of parkingspaces for the domestic city community. But these researches are lack of the microprocessing measures,and clear main bodies to implement cases, so it is very hard toreally promote the development of practice process.This paper selects y community of Changchun as a case,using interviewmethod,library method,observation,questionnaire survey method,case work,teamwork and community work methodsand so on to look for the formation mechanism ofthe problem which based on the community social work professional view andanalyze reasons for it difficult to solve.Then,in qualitative analysis and quantitativeresearch basis,we try to use regional development mode which is one of the social work practice modes, and combine with the direction of the community action theoryto make the problem be solved. At the same time,we creatively explore themicroscopic practical ways for proposal execution—the cooperation betweencommunity and school, so as to realize the effective resolution of communityproblems.This study is based on the hot spots of society, applying the social workprofessional knowledge to the solution of community problems, and looking for thejunction between social work and community practical work in order to discover thefusion between social work and the integrated level of community construction anddevelopment. In a word,this kind of try is benefit for improving professional level ofcommunity work and the localization and specialization of social work.In addition,itprovides great significance to the development of society construction.
