Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Military And Locality In Ningbo

At any time,the military is the most important forces to protect country.Although China is in peacetime,the military has fewer opportunities to carry out combat missions,it is important to have a strong army acted as strong backup force to sustain the country's dignity,honor and responded to various natural disasters.In this case it would be significant for a government to maintain a good relationship between military and local organizations,sorted powers and residents.A harmonious military-military relationship is conducive to the construction of a harmonious society.All levels of government in China have always regarded the good coordinated relationship between military and localityas an important important political task and management function.Government should spare no effort to fulfill it s responsibility to sustain such relationship and encourage various social organizations and powers to participate in these campaign.Based on such circumstances,this thesis the research is to be conducted in the city of Ningbo.Through this research the current relationship between military and locality is to be well researched and then related questions have been put forward to deal with the counterpart questions.It is suggested that it is beneficial to the maintenance of our military-land relations.The paper uses the methods of literature,field research and comparative analysis to fully improve the military-land relationship in Ningbo based on the relevant theories of military-local relations.The whole text is divided into five sections.The first chapter is the introduction,explaining the research background and the innovations of the thesis.In the second chapter,the basic theoretical and conceptions will be illustrated.The concept,extension and functions of military-local relations will be defined and the focus will on the definition of military-local relations including social support theory and public goods theories.The analysis will be conducted on the factual cases.In section 3,empirical research on military-land relations in Ningbo will be fully explained.It mainly analyzes the current situation of military-land relations in Ningbo,and obtains first-hand information through field research through the problems existing in the current military-land relationship,involving the development of military social work,the lack of local social services,and the government's involvement in the military's negative public opinion.And then reasons underlying such problems will be fully explored.In the fourth chapter,a comparative analysis of the current foreign military-local relationship which can provide a useful reference for the coordination of military relations between Ningbo and China.In response to the above problems,the proposal to coordinate military-local relations in Ningbo City is to be put forward.To conclude,it is essential to enhance the effectiveness of military work towards the society,promoting the healthy development of armies physically and mentally.Meanwhile,to provide quality life for armies is significant as well by arranging decent occupations for them and increase the options for them in choosing jobs after leaving the military force.Apart from what have been mentioned above,to approach the mechanism to make sure that the military will not be affected by negative social viewpoints.Through measures mentioned above,we aim to promote the harmonious development between military and local residents,government and other organizations.
