The Practice Exploration Of Community Construction Under The Regional Development Mode

Community is the most basic unit in the social system,and doing community workwell is a good way to promote the construction of a harmonious society.With the continuous transformation of our society and the improvement of urbanization level,it is particularly important to innovate the urban and rural community governance model.As an effective way to improve the community environment and build a good relationship between people,community building has been mentioned many times by domestic scholars in recent years.Community building refers to the process of self-organization,self-governance and self-development by starting from community life,gathering all kinds of social forces and resources,and through the mobilization and action of people in the community,the community completes self-organization,self-governance and self-development.The concept of community building focuses on finding and giving play to the advantages of local "people,culture,land,production and landscape",so as to promote residents’ participation in community public affairs and achieve the integration of people and society.As a common mode of community service,the regional development model mainly aims to improve the community by promoting residents’independent participation,so as to solve community problems and improve community environment.Under such a background,it is of great practical significance to explore the experience of community construction under the regional development model.L community in Wuhan as the research object,this study through interview methodand field research,the social workers how to make use of Locality development model in community work,through the concept of "community building" push to find out the community in the "Scene","People","Culture" advantages and promote its sustainable development,the specific performance in:"Scene" aspect to carry out community beautification activities,create a high-quality living environment;"People" encourage residents to participate in community affairs,create a voluntary service atmosphere,enhance community awareness of the subject;"Culture" through the development of neighborhood cultural activities,parent-child activities and local traditional cultural activities,to cultivate community spirit.The purpose of this study is to explore a series of practices,put forward the view that regional development model can effectively promote community building,and put forward feasible Suggestions for the difficulties and challenges in the practice process,so as to provide effective and long-term development strategies for community building in China.This study attempts to summarize the effective practical experience in community building activities under the regional development model.Second,adhere to the democratic consultation mechanism;The third is to improve the management of community organizations.The fourth is to improve the professional ability of social workers and to play a professional role.It can not be ignored that the road of community building under the regional development model is also faced with many difficulties.Secondly,the dilemma of community residents:residents’ understanding of community construction needs to be improved,and the reward mechanism is not perfect;Finally,the dilemma comes from the community:the administrative and dominant nature of community activities makes the management of community voluntary organizations increasingly prominent.This study also draws the following conclusions:At the micro level,democratic consultation mechanism and the cultivation of voluntary organizations are the best ways to promote community building;At the macro level,homogeneous communities are suitable for the regional development model to carry out community building projects,while localized community building still needs to be explored.The Locality development model has obvious effects in promoting community construction,and the two models should be connected and interact with each other in order to play the most effective role in community construction.
