Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Correction In Chaoyang City

Community correction is a beneficial attempt to the reform work of prisoners. It is an innovative social management system, which can avoid criminals’cross-infection and make merely negative impact on their family, work, and it is benefit to the reform of prisoners and the reduction of the cost.At present, the time of correction work in the domestic community is shorter, all regions are in the exploration stage, there is no a complete theoretical system, research for correction work practice in grassroots community is rarely. The correction in the community of Chaoyang city has made some achievements, but there are a lot of problems and the insufficiency. It is very important to conduct the thorough research to the correction work in the grassroots community in Chaoyang, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the system and the practice level, which possess theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the combination method of theory and practice, the comparative analysis method, the interdisciplinary research method, and the empirical analysis method are used. Firstly, the problems and the reasons for the current situation of community correction work in Chaoyang and team construction lagging related to the management, not highly work enthusiasm, lack of social participation power, the insufficient funds, not smoothly working cooperation are analyzed; Secondly, the successful experience of home and abroad is analyzed, and is combined with the practical situation of community correction work in Chaoyang, in order to put forward the enlightenment to community correction work practice in Chaoyang; Finally, on the basis of this, this paper puts forward the update concepts, to improve the quality of high-quality team of community correction, and to set up community correction implement cohesion coordination mechanism of access to funds for countermeasures and broaden the community correction, to improve the investigation evaluation system before and after correction, to innovate community correction mode, to establish and community correction center at the county level through its role in the family built between multiple subject of community correction advice, then to further promote the healthy and rapid development of the judicial administrative career in Chaoyang.
