Study On Community Correction Management In Changyang Tujia Autonomous County

Community correction system originated from the socialized thought of execution of western modern school in the 19 th century,implemented in western countries of European and American legal system in the 20 th century,and came to China at the beginning of this century.In 2003,the pilot program began in China,and in 2009,the national pilot program.On January 10,2012,the two high schools and the two ministries promulgated the measures for the implementation of community correction,stipulating that the judicial administrative organ should take full responsibility for community correction.In the past ten years,the community correction work in our country has made some breakthrough and development,and maintained the stable political situation and the harmonious and stable social situation.However,the implementation time of just over ten years can only be regarded as groping and starting.In addition,due to the lack of legislation in the field of community correction in China,and the influence of many factors,such as the insufficient strength of community correction team,insufficient financial support,open transformation environment,and unsmooth system and mechanism,it is a long way to achieve the goal of "being able to manage,not able to run,and well transformed".The potential risks in the implementation of supervision and management,education correction,adaptive assistance and other work are very prominent.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign community correction system,community correction management and other relevant literature,taking the theory of social governance and public participation as the theoretical basis,and taking the community correction management of Changyang Tujia Autonomous County as the research object,this paper comprehensively collects and sorts out the methods and results of community correction management in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County,using the literature research method,case analysis method and data This paper points out the problems existing in the management system,operation mechanism and social cognition in the community correction management of Changyang Tujia Autonomous County,and then puts forward feasible suggestions for the future reform and development of the community correction management of Changyang Tujia Autonomous County.
