The Research On Community Correction

In the west,the community correction has been existing for a long time,as in America,England,Australia and Japan.Comparatively,althought the government of China pays attention to the community correction,it is so short time that we implement the community correction which has many shortcomings.so we should do more researchs on the community correction.Chapter one,the summary of community correction:This part begins from the narratives of community correction,which means that putting criminals who accord the standrd in communities and specialized organizations supervise them,at last,the criminals can become one part of the society again.And then crystallizing the quality of community correction , representing the theoretical basis which shows the reasonable of it,at last,it emphasizs the formation and development of the community correction .Chapter two,the necessity for accomplishing the community correction:First,by combining international criminal penalty idea which shows the necessity for accomplishing the community.Then by the means of China's actual conditions shows the local community resources,for example,the development of China's community which supplys a good place for the community correction.Finally,it indicates the direction of our reformation and development through analysis the problems and defects of the pilot practice.Chapter three , development and perfection of the community correction:This part begins from transforming the idea of criminal penalty.Before,we attach importance to death penalty which is not good for community correction,so we should change this idea.Meanwhile we should pay more attention on the legislation's perfection,it contains establish specialized community correction law and perfect criminal legislation.This chapter inspects current situation of China's community correction, paying close attention to the community correction's type.At the same time,it gives the suggestions of the community correction on practicing,such as reconstituting the organization of community correction and improving the quality of people who work for it .
