Participative political culture development decides whether the development of modern politics of socialism with Chinese characteristic could succeed or not. On one hand, Participative political culture development with Chinese characteristic requests that government unblocked the political participation channels of the citizens and make the approach for participation convenient, on the other hand,it also requests the citizens participate state politics actively, reasoning and orderly. The political and cultural development of minority area in frontier concerns the whole situation of modern political development in our country. Viewed from the political point, integrating multiple political culture of the three minorities region in Inner Mongolia, actively leading the traditional political culture, foreign political culture and participative political culture with Chinese characteristic to develop concordantly has very significant meaning to safeguard stability of minority area and enhance cohesion of the nation.I collating the participative political culture development of minority area based on the previous research. As a result, I authenticate the connotations, objective and content of the participative political culture development of minority area, and analyze the function of it to the nationality area. In my article, I mainly analyze the particularity of participative political culture development and attempt to grasp the regularity and particularity of it. What’s more, I summarize the process of the participative political culture development of the three minorities (the Ewenki nationality, Oroqen nationality and Daur nationality) region since the establishment of our nation, and study the problems during this development. In the end, I put forward the solutions of these problems, according to the relative political theory I have known. Path selection in the end of the article is the emphasis. I strive to break though in logicality, reasoning and operability, and attempt to mainly analyze and solve the issues that existed during the participative political culture development of the three minorities (the Ewenki nationality, Oroqen nationality and Daur nationality) region in Inner Mongolia.
