Research On Emergency Management System Of Sudden Public Events Of Inner Mongolia

With the great changes of social structure in the ethnic regions of China, where the effects of various social contradictions and international unsafe factors was increasing, the frequency of emergency and ponderance of risk totally exhibited an upward tendency. It is the key point’s impacted ethnic regions between sustainable economic development and social stability. An adoptable system of emergency management was needed to build at those areas as the science and efficiency can reply to the methods of emergency at the new situations. The Inner Mongolia being one of these members, one of place happening frequent public outburst, the emergency management system of research and construction started late. In recent years, the construction of emergency management had achieved good results following the gradual attention at all levels of the government of the autonomous regions, but also, there are many problem. Therefore, this article from the perspective of peace building is committed to do some exploratory research on the emergency management of public emergency in Inner Mongolia area.To improve the construction of emergency management system for public outburst at Inner Mongolia are to establish and improve the quality of emergency plan system, improve the level of emergency response plan, and the emergency plan to drill exercises. At the second place, it is to improve the emergency rescue system of leadership, attaches great importance to the work of emergency management. Three is to strengthen the security management of the emergency response team, emergency and emergency supplies of funds. Four is to strengthen the emergency management of infrastructure resilience, urban disaster prevention and mitigation of safety production capacity, capacity based, public health security, social security, basic ability of community emergency ability etc.
