Research On The Emergency Management Of Tourism Emergency Public Events Of Dujiangyan City

In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid improvement of people’s living standards,tourism has gradually become the main way of leisure and entertainment.Tourism industry has become the most powerful and largest sunrise industry in the global economy,and occupies an increasingly important position in the national economy of all countries.Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago,China’s tourism industry has developed rapidly and become the pillar of the third industries in the national economy.However,the rapid development of domestic tourism and outbound tourism brings a large scale of cross-regional mobility of personnel.The value tourism industry itself has a series of industrial characteristics,such as openness,fluidity,comprehensiveness,cross-regional and strong environmental sensitivity,which makes the complex comprehensive work of tourism safety emergency management more difficult.Tourism emergency management has not only become a basic work related to the healthy development of tourism,but also an important guarantee full of challenges with the social and economic development and industrial development.From Dujiangyan tourism with the practice of emergency management,this thesis deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current emergency management of tourism,emergency management was discussed based on the current regulatory model of tourism improvement,proposed the corresponding countermeasure,and from the overall to improve the emergency management mechanism,establishing the information early warning platform four aspects,such as to raise the level of local government emergency management of tourism.So as to ensure the safety of tourists,maintain the order of tourism market,to ensure the development of social economy.This thesis from the perspective of local government,selects Dujiangyan,which is a representative tourist city in Chengdu and even the whole country,analyzes,summarizes and extracts the ideas and practices of tourism emergency management in Dujiangyan,and takes the tourism emergency management in Dujiangyan as the research target.Take background analysis,theoretical analysis tools,practice analysis,combing problems,explore the solution,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of research way of thinking,and then find out the deficiency of Dujiangyan tourism emergency management,analysis the reasons of the problems and short board,the comparison and analysis,combining theoretical tool to find out solution,proposes the countermeasure,to promote local government emergency management is optimized.
