The Study Of Furthering The Modernization Of Administering Corruption Ability In The Process Of Building The Inner Mongolia Under The Rule Of Law

On the basis of clarifying the relationship between modernization of administering corruption ability and running state affairs under the rule of law, the paper is to study the function, the current situation, and the problems within the work of combating corruption and advocating an honest government of our country. Also, the paper is to study how to reform comprehensively and deeply and how to further the modernization of administering corruption ability in the process of building the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the rule of law. This paper is composed with three parts.The first part analyses the outline of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s anti-corruption ability. It is formed with the background, resume and the relationship with further the modernization of administering corruption ability in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The second part analyses the problems and the reasons in the process of furthering the modernization of administering corruption ability in Inner Mongolia. Through comparing with the before and the after situations of "three transforms" of Commission for Inspecting Discipline in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the paper analysis the problems as building the administering corruption ability and the gap with the purpose.The third part focuses on the new requirements of building the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the rule of law, presents some meatures for furthering the modernization of the administering corruption ability in Inner Mongolia.
