| Since past two years, weibo and wechat have become the most popular online communication tools. Then a considerable number and wide range of weibo and e-government wechat quickly became the main channel for government information publicity. A district in Dalian is the key development area in Liaoning coastal economic belt and the main battlefield to continue the domestic and foreign industrial layout adjustment in Dalian. A district has the important task of growing stock of Dalian enterprises. Government affairs weibo and wechat are good to widely absorb public opinion, promote the scientific and democratic policy-making. At the same time, government affairs weibo and wechat can fully use the network environment to improve the administrative level in a district. It seems that the research of a district government affairs weibo and wechat platform construction countermeasures is significant for a district government affairs.Firstly, in order to study construction of a district in Dalian weibo and wechat platform, we introduce the current situation of weibo and wechat according to the architecture of asking, analyzing and solve problems. We review government affairs weibo research results and analyze the present situation of wechat letter public platform in some areas of China. Secondly, we analyse the status and existing problems of a district’s e-government. Finally, we put forward feasible government affairs weibo and wechat operating measures by using the theory of public management and other related knowledge:one is the clear function positioning to the weibo and wechat platform of a district; the other is to standardize the spread content; the last one is to strengthen the management construction of a district’s government affairs weibo and wechat platform. |
