Research New Rural Ecological Civilization Construction In Our Country

“Ecological civilization” is written in the report by the Eighteenth National Congress ofthe Communist Party of China，which means the socialist system of laws with Chinesecharacteristics is raising to a higher-level, and our party pays more attention to buildingecological civilization. Conservation of environment is the main aspect of building ecologicalcivilization. Conservation of environment in rural areas is concerned about farmers’ interestsand the stable and healthy development of rural economy. At present, problems of ecologicalenvironment in rural areas have done harm to farmers’ health and the economicaldevelopment. Therefore, the emphasis on the new rural ecological civilization construction isthe inevitable requirement of modernization construction in our country. Researches into newrural ecological civilization construction is of great significance for further understanding ofresources and environment problems in China’s rural economic and social transition periodsand comprehensively implementing the scientific concept of development, which can promotethe ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This thesis includes four parts, the introduction, the main body in three chapters and theconclusion. In the introduction, the author first puts forward the problem, points out thesignificance of the study, and describes the previous studies. The first chapter mainly focuseson the scientific explanation of ecological civilization building and its significance. Thesecond chapter discusses the problems in building rural ecological civilization at present, andanalyzes their causes. The present situation deals with the influence on environments ofagricultural production, rural industrial production, life rubbish and livestock-poultrybreeding, while the reasons are given in terms of economical, political and social culturalfactors. The third chapter offers some measures for building ecological civilization in newrural areas, suggesting that new rural ecological civilization construction in our country needsto vigorously develop modern agriculture, advocate recycling economy, transforming themode of development of township enterprises, raising farmers’ scientific and technologicalquality, training their consciousness of ecological environmental protection and so on.
