Research On The Path Of Communist Youth League In Promoting Youth Employment And Entrepreneurship

Youth employment is the basis of the survival and development of the youth, which determines socialization process and is related to the economic development and stability of society. Entrepreneurship, as the most active way of employment, it plays a good leading role. For the Communist Youth League organizations, what are most concerned about is from the youth perspective to focus on their reality needs and put the youth employment and entrepreneurship work in a more important place to provide effective help and strong support. This is the necessary requirement for the Party and the Communist Youth League service, and an important path to develop the Communist Youth League youth services. It also provides a great new opportunity for the Communist Youth League to participate in social management and public services, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of young people.This thesis is from the perspective of public administration to study the ways in the service of youth employment and entrepreneurship. Take Shandong Youth League as an example, it will show the Communist Youth League organizations how to use a variety of tools and services to help youth employment and entrepreneurship work, how to coordinate resources and optimize configuration resources for youth employment and entrepreneurship to build an integrated service platform which represents the interests of young people, and ultimately realize the innovation of methods of working and organizing.
