The implementation of the rule of law lies in the strict law enforcement, fair justice, positively and deeply reforming to promote and guarantee. The judiciary as a carrier of judicial work, plays an extremely important role in the process of law enforcement. In the judicial process, judicial personnel forms certain professional ethics. And the judicial personnel’s professional ethics, also plays an important role to the smooth judicial work, the fairness of the result of the case. At this point, the party put forward new request to the work of politics and law, the judicial personnel’s professional ethics’ construction has been gradually put on the work schedule of the politics and law.In this paper, through a large number of real datas and the literature research, I found that the judicial professional ethics construction need the ideological and political education to guarantee for it. In the process of the ideological and political education the judicial organs had questions, as obsolete content from reality, single form, the subjects pay attention not enough to rigid advance, accepted education in the judiciary is not active. This paper based on the theory of socialist concept of law, with the socialist core value system as the main line, as the "advance with The Times" and "people-oriented" to be the countermeasures. All this put forward Suggestions for the development of ideological and political education to promote the judicial professional ethics to lay a solid foundation, And the concrete countermeasures are put forward. Such as contents adhere to the people-oriented, though updating the education content in time and paying attention to the humanity to implement; To implement the "advance with The Times" in form, not only to use the traditional means of education, but also the new media means; The subject should update the management way, and strengthen the attention about using the system; as the object, the judiciary should improve the enthusiasm of learning ideological and political education, learning attitude should be utilitarian, and they should learn feedback on time.This paper draws the status quo of the ideological and political education’s promotion in the construction of judicial ethics.
