Research On The Professional Ethics Construction Of Civil Servants In The New Era

Ideological and political education is a subject that continues to develop with ages.At the current stage,the lack of civil servants' professional ethics has raised new issues and challenges for ideological and political education.As the actual executors of the party and the country's major political principles,civil servants face the grassroots directly.How they exercise public power as well as their professional ethics and literacy are related to the overall image of the party and the government and the civil service in the minds of the people directly.However,with the deepening of economic and social development,there are still a lot of professional ethics anomie in the civil service group.Therefore,based on the theory of ideological and political education,this paper puts forward an effective approach for the construction of national civil servants' professional ethics in the new era.It is of great practical significance for promoting the development of socialist democracy and constructing a service-oriented government.This article mainly studies from five aspects:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,framework and innovation points of civil ethicalprofessional ethics construction in the new era;Chapter II mainly discusses the related theory of civil servants' professional ethics.The concept has been explained and expounded the development course of civil servants' professional ethics construction in our country and obtained corresponding enlightenment.The third chapter mainly elaborates the present status of professional ethics of civil servants in Changzhi City through the analysis of the basic achievements,existing problems and difficulties,and the main causes of the civil service professional ethics construction in Changzhi City.The fourth chapte rexpounds the general requirements of the professional ethics construction of civil servants in the new era,providing theoretical support for exploring and strengthening the professional ethics construction of civil servants in the new era.Chapter 5proposes an effective approach to strengthen the professional ethics construction of civil servants in the new era based on the research and analysis.
