Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Yangjiang Trade Union In Safeguarding The Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers

Migrant workers are not always there in our country,but after the transformation of our reform and opening up society,with the development of the economy,a special group appears,which is also a new industry army to promote the construction of urbanization.With more and more migrant workers working in cities,migrant workers have become an indispensable factor for rapid economic development.The change of the present situation of migrant workers has also become a barometer of our economy and an important factor of economic development and social stability.The political rights and interests of migrant workers in our country are extremely low,the economic status is extremely low,a large number of migrant workers leave their homes for their livelihood to find employment in other places,not only the phenomenon of low income level and being defaulted on wages,but also the bad working environment and long working hours.The work intensity is high,and the participation rate is low and lacks basic social security.At present,due to various reasons,trade unions encounter many difficulties in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers,and the trade unions lack strong and effective measures in this respect,which makes the effectiveness of rights protection work not up to the expectations of migrant workers.In general,the current theoretical research has a certain lag and one-sided,it is difficult to make a comprehensive and effective analysis of the role that trade unions should play in safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers,and have not formed a wide range of operational countermeasures.Through the analysis and summary of the previous research materials,combining with examples,adopting the research methods of theory and practice,using literature analysis,questionnaire and other research methods,this paper expounds the problems encountered by trade unions in protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers in Yangjiang City.In the hope of finding out the fundamental reasons that hinder the work of protecting the rights of migrant workers in trade unions,and at the same time giving reasonable suggestions and solutions on how to better protect the rights of trade unions at present.In order to resolve the current problem that trade unions are difficult to effectively play their rights function,trade unions can provide more reference and inspiration,make trade unions better carry out rights protection for migrant workers,improve tense labor relations,promote economic development and maintain social stability.The first chapter describes the background of the development of migrant workers,pointing out that the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers can not be protected,trade unions still have problems in safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers.There is also an analysis of the theoretical and practical significance of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.Based on the background significance and the research situation at home and abroad,this paper cites the research on the protection of migrant workersundefined rights and interests by foreign and foreign scholars.In addition,this chapter also describes the literature analysis,questionnaire survey,empirical research and other methods used in this paper,and puts forward the research technical route.The second chapter defines the concepts of "the rights and interests of migrant workers","trade unions" and "trade union rights",and cites the theory of labor relations,the protection of civil rights and interests,and the theory of social equity as the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers in Yangjiang City.In addition to a brief introduction to the trade union organization in Yangjiang city,it also expounds the group characteristics of migrant workers in Yangjiang city,the situation of infringement and the factors affecting the society.In addition,this chapter also expounds the practical work of protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers from the rights protection measures and results of Yangjiang trade union.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of the labor union in protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers in Yangjiang City.First of all,a targeted questionnaire survey was designed to protect the rights of migrant workers in trade unions and the results of the analysis were formed.The survey data pointed out the problems of the trade unions themselves.Rights protection environment and legal protection issues have become the main issues in protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers in Yangjiang City.The main reasons for these problems are government administration,law imperfection,trade union mechanism imperfect and so on.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the experience and inspiration for other regional trade unions to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers,taking the two cases of Yuyuan shoe factory strike and Yizheng trade union in Jiangsu Province as the reference to protect the rights of migrant workers.Get the inspiration of labor union rights protection work from it.The sixth chapter mainly expounds the countermeasures of protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers in Yangjiang City,including the participation of trade unions in public policy formulation,trade union rights protection mechanism,trade union self-construction,trade union service mechanism for migrant workers and so on.As a whole,this paper advocates the way of bold practice and respect of practice,which is based on the trade union development model which is conducive to the construction of harmonious labor relations and social fairness and justice.This is of great theoretical and practical significance to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers in Yangjiang,the construction of harmonious labor relations and the maintenance of social stability in Yangjiang.I also hope to provide some reference for the trade union rights-safeguarding work in the future through the study of this paper.
