Research On The Armed Police Force Psychological Education And Ideolofical Education Management

The psychological education and ideological education is an important substance of the ideological and political work in the army. With a continuous promotion of the educational reform and development, competence-based education has been launched and intensified. And great attention has been paid to education and development for the soldiers, especially to the psychological education, which has been enhanced in the army, because it shall not only ensure good psychological quality of the soldiers but also help to promote the ideological and political work in the army by effective psychological education.To inject psychological education into the army, the most urgent problem of present is how to manage and combine the psychological education and ideological education effectively and benefit the most from them. However, in past practices, these two educations have always been departed due to the short-time immersion of psychological education, and could not work much when implemented respectively. By expounding the relationship between psychological education and ideological education, with focus on the educational management, efficient management and integration of these two educations has been proposed in this thesis. Based on the analyses of features for the Armed Police as well as problems to implement the educations, means and methods have also explored to integrate the two educations. Finally, suggestionson the public policies have been given in this thesis, for the purpose of providing any ideas for the authorities' to plan and guide the two educations and for the grass-root army units the to implement.
