The aging population in China is increasing gradually, and the care services demand for the aged is also increasing. At present, China has not yet established a sound socialized service system for the aged. Therefore, family has been mainly responsible for the elderly long-term care services. In rural areas, the situation is even worse.As the social and family structure change, families become powerless in assuming responsibility of elderly care. The relative caregivers are facing with enormous pressures and challenges in the in the process of care for the disabled elderlies. So they need urgent attention. The article select the pressure of relative caregivers as the starting point. Through self-designed questionnaire to obtain the relevant data about relative caregivers’ social support and demand, and providing a reference for the establishment of a sound long-term care social support system.This study choose Jishu town in Shandong province as an example, and make the investigation family caregivers in this town. Using correlation analysis and non-parametric test screening factors relative caregivers pressure to explain the structure of the model was constructed kin caregivers structural factors affecting the system pressure through the system, and the pressure on the path relative caregivers factors were analyzed; analysis relatives demand and supply of social support caregivers, relatives found social support caregivers scored lower than the national norm, existing social support can not meet the needs of kinship caregivers; Using correlation analysis and nonparametric test out the influence factors of pressure of family caregivers, through the ISM method to construct a structural system of factors of family caregivers pressure, and then analyze the influencing path of factors; Analysis the supply and demand of family caregivers, founding that the social support score of family caregivers is lower than the national norm; comparating the supply and demand of social support, analyze the non equilibrium of economic support, service support, emotional support, care knowledge and skills, and find out the difference of demand intensity among differernt types of caregivers.The main conclusions drawning from the paper is that:(1)Relative caregivers have varying degrees of pressure in the dimension of economic, physical, work, social interaction, psychology, relationships with other family members. And the feeling of economic pressure is the most serious. Levels of disability, number of children of elderly, and gender, age, care form of caregivers are the most fu ndamental factors that affecting the pressures of relative caregivers.(2) Social support for rural kinship caregivers to the demand of economic demand and service demand is strongest, the number of children and the disabled elderly chronic disease number and kinship caregivers of the level of income, employment status, age, and elationship with elderly will affect the demand degree of relative caregivers for different social support.(3) Social support resource that is available to family caregivers is not so much. The main source is family, friends and other people. And the formal social support have not yet fully functional. The most demand of social support for rural family caregivers is the demand of economic demand and service.In terms of support for economic support and service, the existing social support can not meet the demand of kinship caregivers.In the end, on the basis of the experience of developed country, Itputs forward the policy suggestion from three angles. They are the introduction of social policies, service support and the establishment of social support system for relative caregivers.
