Practical Research Of Stress Relife For Family Caregivers Of Disabled

With the acceleration of the aging process of population in China,the problem of aging in China is prominent,and the problem of providing for the disabled elderly has drawn much attention.As the traditional way of old-age care in our country,family old-age care plays an important role in the problem of disabled old-age care.Under the influence of fertility concept and fertility policy,the family structure tends to be small and core,the burden of family support for the aged becomes heavier,and the pressure of family care for the disabled elderly increases.In our country,the output and value of family caregivers presents invisible,care pressure is ignored,social lack of value recognition for family caregivers,the pressure and demand of family caregivers are easy to be ignored,family caregivers generally emotional counseling,knowledge and skills training,social support construction,cognitive remodeling,efficiency improvement,breathing service and other needs.The academic circles lack extensive attention to the disabled elderly family caregivers.The intervention research of social work specialty on the stress relief of the disabled elderly family carers can accumulate relevant practical experience and relieve the pressure of the family carers.Call on the society to pay attention to and care for the family carers.This study takes the disabled elderly family carers as the research object,the stress relief was taken as the research content,adopts the case work method to carry on the intervention research,with the stress coping theory and social support theory as the theoretical guidance,the data were collected by interview,observation and Zarit caregiver burden scale(ZBI).To conduct interviews,observation and scale measurement for 10 disabled families,to explain the stress sources of family caregivers,to analyze the factors of stress from the individual level and external level,and to sum up the needs of family caregivers.The disabled family caregiver H was selected as the case study object to evaluate the problems and needs of the service object,and provide the services of emotional support,cognitive correction,family relationship recovery,social support construction,etc.,finally,the goal of relieving the physiological,psychological and social pressure of the clients is achieved.Finally,review the whole service process,organize and reflect,carry out the post-test work of the scale,and conclude that the care pressure has the characteristics of invisibility and diversification,cognitive correction,social support construction,emotional support,and coping style extension can play an effective role in stress relief of family caregivers.
