Since the 21 st century,Our country has entered an aging society,and the number of the aged significantly increases.With the weakening of their physical function,there are more and more disabled elders among the aged in the society.Due to various factors,the responsibility of caring for disabled elders is mainly borne by family caregivers,who bear tremendous pressures in mind and body with long-term and arduous care work.And they has been paid not extensively attention of the government and society with not provided special social support.Due to most family caregivers caring for disabled elder need to undertake arduous care tasks alone,it is the responsibility of social workers to study the pressures faced by family caregivers caring for disabled elder and relieve their pressures with professional knowledge,which has certain practical significance.The paper adopts qualitative research method by taking Q in Y community as an example,which is collecting data based on the manners of observation and interview,carrying out the case service by professional social work based approach,then finds that the case owner is facing physiological,psychological,economic,family,social and other pressures in the daily care process.Therefore,On the basis of the professional relationship,social workers carry out the service by adopting rationally emotional theory,social support theory and superiority perspective theory so as to provide physical and psychological support and link the applicable resources for the case-holder,which aims to enhance the case-holder's confidence,alleviate the pressures of caring for the disabled elders and further improve the rehabilitation environment of disabled elders.
