Research On Political Participation Of Villagers Of Wanzai County In Jiangxi Province

With the continuous improvement of social economy, and the farmers’ living standards continue to improve Since China’s reform and opening up, the rural areas got a rapid development,to the enthusiasm of political participation also had the very big enhancement. More and more farmers concerned about the guidelines and policies of the party and country, concerned about the country’s development prospects, in order to participate in politics, they do it through a variety of forms and channels, expressing willingness to facilitate communication between the farmers and the local government, to promote the political democratization process, promote the development of the rural grassroots democracy in China.Since the implementation of villager autonomy from 1988, it has already passed more than a dozen years of history. The emergence of villagers’ autonomy is the rural China since the late 1970 s which is in the economic system reform and social change for the production and the formation of a new type of democracy, is the market economy society that in an attempt to reconstruct the rural harmonious order. As the main body of rural society, Villager autonomy is the farmers, spontaneously institutional innovation, conforms to the desire of the broad masses of farmers and the request, embodies the essence of socialist democracy. Villagers from democratic election, democratic supervision, democratic management and democratic decision-making way for self management, the subject consciousness of the villagers have been fully inspired, "masters" spirit inspired, the villagers’ democratic consciousness are fully motivated. Practice has proved that the villagers’ autonomy, rely on peasants self management, self education, self service, fully mobilized hundreds of millions of peasants who are masters of the country’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, effectively promote the rural economic development and social stability.it is the system guarantee of the liberation and development of the rural productive forces.At the same time, there are still many deficiencies of the political participation of villagers autonomy in our country. They must be diversified. Universal existence of non-institutionalized participation, political participation, the lack of culture, and many other factors affect the villagers’ political participation. This paper will take the political participation of villagers’ autonomy of Jiangxi province as the breakthrough point, focus on observation of A village with M village political participation and villagers’ autonomy. This paper discover two village political participation of villagers’ autonomy deepening, and the reasons for the problems, as well as compare the similarities and differences between two village. The paper research the villagers’ political participation atmosphere, and accordingly puts forward some suggestions, in order to constantly improve the villager autonomy system for my place in Jiangxi province, improve the villagers’ political participation, and lead the villagers to improve self-management and make a certain contribution.
