Take a brief introduction of the system, in order to be able to get some apocalypse from the system of administrative supervision law of China.The state gives the supervisory organ of certain powers, this is not only for the full implementation of supervisory organs supervise management provides thenecessary conditions, but also lays a foundation for the perfection of the administrative supervision theory and practice. However, our country’s administrative supervision in the development process is very inadequate, so must reform the system of administrative supervision law of China, and the establishment of settlement mechanism perfect, this is according to the constitution, administrative law should have meaning, but also the objective request of administrative supervision work to achieve the best social benefit. So at the end of the paper, the author tries to put forward the reform ideas, the reform of administrative supervision system, clear the scope of administrative supervision, administrative supervision means and gives four aspects to perfect administrative supervision procedures, hope to improve the aspects to the administrative supervision work to a new understanding of the important status and role in the new situation, and further play to the functions of administrative supervision, to ensure the correct and effective exercise of authority, improve the administrative supervision organs working ability. In the current new situation, firmly grasp the new tasks and new requirements, to the spirit of advancing with the times,and constantly create a new situation in the work of administrative supervision, better contribute to the overall situation of reform and development.
